WARRANTY POLICY

Distributed products are fully guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 1-year. Longer warranty may apply to certain products. Accessory Warehouse will not be held responsible for paint or labor costs, or any freight to our warehouse. RGA numbers are required for ALL RETURNS to Accessory Warehouse.

RETURN POLICY

We go above and beyond to offer our customers quality products and service as well as a hassle-free guarantee when it comes to our return policy. There will be no restocking fees as long as product is returned within 90-days from original purchase, providing that the product is in re-sellable condition and is done using an Accessory Warehouse issued RGA form.

For product older that 90-days or that is not in re-sellable condition, we may still accept the return but will be charged a restocking/repackaging fee. All product being returned to Accessory Warehouse must be pre-authorized by one of our staff members, with an RGA number prior to return. Product sent back after 90-days will be charged a restocking fee and 15-30% dependent on the original date of purchase, account standing, condition of product and condition of packaging.

Any product returned without an RGA will be issued a restocking fee and a $25 admin charge.

EXCEPTIONS:

  • Discontinued and special order items are non-returnable
  • Not applicable for suspension products
  • Not applicable for any wood or custom wood products
  • Only applicable to accounts in good standing and if ratio of returns is deemed acceptable
  • 12-Volt merchandize that is not in factory sealed packaging
